Your Path to Inner Harmony
We can never make peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.

If you’re considering therapy, you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by worries about the future. You might carry a persistent sense that you are somehow “too much” or “not enough.” Over time, these beliefs can become loud and convincing, shaping how you see yourself and your relationships, and leaving you feeling disconnected or alone.
I approach therapy with the belief that you already have the capacity to heal. Even the patterns that frustrate you likely developed for important reasons — often as ways to cope with difficult or overwhelming experiences. In our work together, we create a space where those patterns can be understood with curiosity rather than judgment.
Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, I work collaboratively with clients to explore the different parts of their inner world at a pace that feels safe and collaborative . As clients build greater understanding and compassion for themselves they begin to feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected in their relationships. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in this process of growth and healing.
