Therapists and healthcare workers often carry a quiet, cumulative weight—holding space for others while navigating systemic pressures, high caseloads, and the emotional impact of the work itself. I work with therapists, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals experiencing burnout, fatigue, and disconnection from their sense of purpose.
From an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, burnout often reflects a complex internal system of parts working hard to manage competing demands. There may be parts that feel responsible for getting everything “right,” parts that push you to keep going even when depleted, parts that feel guilt or self-criticism, and parts that have become numb or distant. Rather than trying to override these responses, we work to understand them—how they developed, what they are protecting, and what they need from you.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Together, we create space to reconnect with Self-energy—supporting a more sustainable, compassionate way of relating to yourself within and beyond your professional role.
